About the Band
 John Nobile's SummerSwing Orchestra is a big band playing the sounds of the 1940's for your dancing and listening pleasure. Consisting of seventeen pieces, the band has over 200 arrangements that are the originals played by Glenn Miller, Tommy and Jimmy Dorsey, Artie Shaw, Benny Goodman, Harry James, and many other stars of the swing era.
The orchestra consists of 5 saxophones, 4 trumpets, 4 trombones, piano, bass guitar, and drums. A female vocalists rounds out the group.
